Dear Temple Sinai Family,

I hope everyone is healthy and excited about the arrival of Spring. I am excited about our Annual Temple Gala – this year’s “Sinai Soiree in Slippers” – taking place this Saturday evening. It will be a special night, as we eat well and celebrate in our own homes. I want to thank our hard-working committee: Tamie Bressler, Elizabeth Brodt, Ellen Cohen and Liz Yager for all of their efforts in creating this special event for all of us. I also want to thank everyone who is participating in the Gala and all of our supporters. And don’t forget: you can still purchase raffle tickets and the silent auction is open.

On Sunday, we have our “Matzah, Manischewitz, & Macaroons” Pick-Up Event at Temple. Please sign up (there’s no cost/click the flyer below) and plan on dropping by on Sunday (or Monday) afternoon to receive some Passover goodies and to give us the opportunity to wish you an upcoming “Happy Passover!” Thank you to our sponsors for making this happen and for giving us this chance to connect.

Tomorrow evening, we will wrap up our “Women in the Bible” class as part of Wednesday Night Live at 7:00pm on Zoom. Next week we will have a special “Preparing for Passover” session.

I look forward to seeing you. Please take care, stay well, keep wearing those masks, and let’s look out for one another and our community.

Shalom u’vracha – peace & blessing,

Rabbi Daniel Sherman
