DESCRIPTION:This event will premiere new pieces by Jerry Sieg and Malcolm P
 arson\; the centerpiece of the concert is the premiere of the orchestral v
 ersion of "Perhaps a Butterfly" by Eliot Bailen. This is a song cycle Cant
 or Garfein commissioned from the composer in 2010 in memory of her materna
 l great-grandmother\, Settchen Levi Feist\, who was taken from Berlin to T
 heresienstadt concentration camp and ultimately murdered at Auschwitz. Fea
 tured in the song cycle are four poems written by children who were at The
 resienstadt. Tickets are free of charge and available at the door. Tickets
  are available at nolachamberorch.com for a suggested donation of $20.
